In January, Acura unveiled one new vehicle to its vehicle line up and two much anticipated redesigns.

The ILX concept was introduced as a new entry level vehicle with three different power train options.

A 2.0 liter in-line 4 cylinder engine  with a sequential 5-speed automatic transmission, 2.4 liter in-line 4 cylinder with a 6-speed manual transmission, and a first for Acura 1.5 liter hybrid 4 cylinder & Electric motor with an automatic transmission.

The ILX Has several new features that include full Pandora® Internet Radio interface, key-less access system with smart entry & push button start, and a voice to text message feature. In a more efficient package, the ILX still deploys many of Acura high tech safety features such as ACE body structure (Advance Compatibility Engineering) and Acura’s VSA (Vehicle Stability Assistance). Acura anticipates that the ILX will achieve top ratings in both the NHTSA and IIHS crash safety testing.
